Validity:
If any part or section of these terms and conditions should be deemed to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, then they will be considered separate from this websites terms and conditions. The remaining terms and conditions of this site will however still be valid.

By using this website, you, the customer, confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and so have the legal right to enter into this agreement with us. You further confirm to provide us with details to check the validity of any credit or debit transactions and that all of the information supplied by you, to us, is true. By clicking our ‘Place Order’ button in the checkout, you are confirming your commitment to pay for all items in your basket including delivery costs.

Refusal of service:
We will reserve the right to cancel or refuse to fulfil any order or transaction without giving notice, whether or not money has been paid. The placing of orders on this website does not establish a contract between us, the company and you, the customer. A contract will be deemed to exist when the goods have been dispatched to you.

Governing law:
Your use of this website, www.perfectcelebration.com, and any disputes arising out of using the website is subject to the current laws of England and Wales.

Payments

We accept payment in one of the following ways:
By credit/debit card via our secure one-page checkout facility with our service providers.
Paypal. The company does not hold your credit/debit card details.
By Paypal using your Paypal account.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and despatch:
We aim to dispatch all orders, wherever possible, within two working days although sometimes it may take longer. If your order is to be delayed significantly, then we will make you aware. Please always provide the date of your celebration when placing your online order; at busy times consignments may be prioritised according to when they are needed and not necessarily the order in which they are received.

We will dispatch your goods using the most suitable service to the delivery address you enter into the site when you place your order. Please make sure that the correct address and contact telephone number is entered. If your order is returned to us for the following reasons:
1) you have entered an incorrect address, or 2) you do not collect the consignment from a sorting office; or 3) you do not respond to cards left by the courier driver to organise collection or a re-delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you to resend the items.

Our standard delivery is Royal Mail, and we post to all parts of the UK. For courier, we only send to mainland England, Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands) and Wales. This does not include Northern Ireland as additional charges apply. Please contact for details before placing an order.

Standard delivery charge is £3.99 using Royal Mail. This normally takes 1 – 3 delivery days or a courier service may be used for heavier or bulky items.

We are mostly available seven days a week, for enquiries, and dispatch orders Monday to Friday only, except on Bank holidays. If your order is very urgent, then please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Please note the standard postal services are NOT guaranteed. All delivery times are estimated and are based on data provided by Royal Mail and our Courier company. Perfect Celebration will not be held responsible for any delays, or subsequent loss, caused by delivery times of parcels sent using either of these services.

A guaranteed, next day delivery service is available on some items, please ask for details or select the next day delivery option. There is a Royal Mail charge of £10.99 for this additional service (under 2Kg and mainland UK only). This service is for next working day only and excludes Saturday’s and Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at a premium rate of £29.99, (based on weight under 10Kg courier costs). Personalised products may take up seven days to complete so next day delivery is not available. If you select next day delivery on personalised items, your order will be dispatched on the next working day after the order has been completed. Additional courier charges apply for Scottish Highlands and Island districts, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. This is due to the additional charges to us by our courier company.

All orders that require a courier delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands will require an additional fee to be paid before the goods can be dispatched. We will contact you so you will have the option to either pay the additional charge or you may cancel your order.

European shipments

We ship internationally to Europe. If you live outside the United Kingdom, then we recommend you contact us for delivery charges BEFORE placing an online order.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Perfect Celebration will not be held responsible for any loss caused by the late delivery of parcels sent using any of our delviery methods.

Shipments of Chocolate:
Please make sure that you provide us with a delivery address where the delivery can be accepted. Select the correct shipping address at checkout, if you are out all day, so that we can deliver to an alternative address.

Chocolate orders are not dispatched on Fridays in any circumstances other than if a Saturday delivery has been requested, and the additional courier fees paid.

Returns & Cancellations Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. From the 13th June 2014, your rights are protected under The Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EC)

Goods may be returned to us, subject to our restrictions below, providing you notify us in advance, by telephone or in writing, within 14 days of their receipt. Goods cannot be returned to us without prior authorisation. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and a suitable resaleable condition. Perfect Celebration reserves the right to make a charge for all products which, in our opinion, are returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total product cost. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received back by us, and we recommend that customers return all products using a tracked delivery method. In these circumstances, Perfect Celebration does not refund the delivery costs of returned items or the original shipping charge.

Please note that refunds are not given on the following items:

Any special order items made to the customers own specifications. Personalised goods, Hand-Made items, jewellery or food, including chocolates and sweets, unless they are faulty or not as described on this site. Customers ordering any personalised items must make sure that company are given the correct details as refunds are not authorised if the personalisation is incorrect unless the company are at fault.
Please note: Special logos or characters may not be exactly replicated on some personalised products, and we always recommend that you avoid using them.

Damaged goods: If any part of your order arrives damaged or some items missing, please notify us within 14 days either by email and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you. We will not accept liability for additional losses as a result of any fault.
We may ask that damaged goods received by you are returned to us and in these circumstances, we will be happy to refund any reasonable postage charges that you may incur.

If you change your mind, after placing an order, the items may be returned to us – subject to the restrictions below – providing you notify us, by email within 14 days of the receipt of goods. All goods must be returned in the original packaging and a suitable resaleable condition. Perfect Celebration reserves the right to make a charge for all products which, in our opinion, are returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the total product cost. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received back by us, and we recommend that customers return all products using a tracked delivery method. In these circumstances, Perfect Celebration does not refund the delivery costs of returned items or the original shipping charge. Please obtain a trackable, proof of posting from the post office or courier, as this will be required if goods go missing in transit.
Refunds will only be given on the following basis:
Full refund of the product cost providing the goods are returned in a suitable and resaleable condition and also a refund of our standard delivery charge. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the returned goods being received by us.

Cancellations
You will have the right to cancel your order subject to the following:

If the goods have already been dispatched by us, when a cancellation request is made, then we cannot accept a cancellation request until the goods have been returned, and they have been received by us.

Special order items, personalised goods and any products made to a customer’s specifications cannot be cancelled if the order production has already started, even if they have not been dispatched.

Back Orders
If your item is not immediately available, we will notify you by email or telephone. Depending on your event date, you may decide to wait for out of stock items as they are usually replenished within a couple of days. Alternatively, you can cancel the order, and we will issue an immediate refund via PayPal.

Colours:
Variations in computer screen resolutions and photographic equipment mean that colours on our website may be slightly different for the product. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee that any colour seen on our website will match products supplied exactly. In these circumstances, we do not accept returns.

Complaints:

As we are human, from time to time things may go wrong. If we make a mistake, and you would like to make a complaint, then please contact the company via email to sales@perfectcelebration.com. We will investigate and get back to you within two working days.

Confectionery
Some products may contain nuts or might have been produced in an environment in which nuts have been processed. Details of ingredients will be provided with all confectionery products.

Stock Availability
We always do our best to maintain sufficient stock levels to fulfil all orders. Unfortunately, a product occasionally may be out of stock, even if it is showing in stock on our website. When an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to advise when the item will be back in stock. Most items can be replenished within two to five working days.

Discounts and pricing:
We reserve the right to remove discount offers and change our pricing without prior notice.
